Since its foundation in 1999 Propylon has been involved in providing solutions for document management and information dissemination in the regulatory and legislative domains.

Since 2004 all Dail and Seanad Bills in Ireland have been managed through their amendment cycles using Propylon's systems. From 2008 all of the Commonweath of Pensylvania's laws have been managed from inception to publication using Propylon's LWB. Propylon is also the chosen provider of legislative systems for both the state legislatures of Kansas and North Dakota.
